IAC Bandits
As a part of the second writer-generation of the Dresden graffiti-scene, Slider has first contacts with graffiti in the early 90s. After some time, he only made documentation about graffiti, he made his first own graffiti-painting in may 1994 and formed in the same moment the IAC-Crew, later IAC-Bandits or, Bandits-Dresden. After this first wall, he continue painting more and more and set his power to develop his skills. The crew Bandits should become on of the most known and most famous crews in Dresden and later also East-Germany.
The crew include scene-wellknown-graffitikings like Wok, Andy K, Caparso and least also MadC. Slider was all the years the strong force behind the crew and involved in many big projects all over the years. Together with his crew, he won the biggest graffiti-battle in Germany, the Write4Gold, made graffiti-paintings all over the world in Liverpool, Copenhagen, Milano, Bratislava, Amsterdam, France or Shanghai and is also creator of the big graffiti-jam : Urban Syndromes, set in Dresden. Next to his own graffiti-carier, he is also involved in many social projects, like as the workshop-leader in the Dresden Culture-Center SPIKE. He also made alot of workshops in youth clubs and schools and is also one of the creators of the Dresden Hip Hop label : New DEF.
